There needs to be more educational programs to keep students in school and off the streets. African American leaders need to do more. They should be embarrassed by that number. *
I do not have a family member incarcerated. If I did, I would visit, if the crime did not hurt someone else. I would not visit a murderer, rapist, or child molester.
